THANKYOU - Most of you are now well aware that Daryl Brown is retiring from the industry and that Brian Leslie and Daryl Brown have sold their 21st Century Genetics business to Alta Genetics. From Brian and myself, we say a big thankyou to everyone for your valued support over the past seven years. 21st is the success story that it is today, for two reasons. Firstly the best staff in the business...second to none. We could not have grown the business to what it is today without the dedication, loyalty and hard working team we have had supporting us. We have often claimed we have the best team in the business, most will agree - again thanks to all our wonderful staff, not only for your work ethics, but also for your friendship. Secondly our bull team - our diverse bull team has always provided what the customer wants. We have marketed some of the world's best bulls, both from overseas and domestically.

2010 - No doubt, the new company of Alta Genetics Australia (AGA) will bring some changes in 2010. All for the good. AGA will take this business to new heights, employ more staff and move forward. With the 'forward thinking' Alta are now industry leaders world-wide in many areas of the AB industry. AGA will set new standards for the AB industry within Australia, make sure you are part of it.

WEEKLY TIMES - Sexed Report 16/12/09 - Frankly we are bemused by the article on sexed semen in last week's 'Weekly Times', which quotes our colleague and friend Jim Conroy and Carol Miller (NHIA). A response will be in the Weekly Times next week...it is interesting reading.

NEW BULL - Yes, we are excited! FARM DEALER (Ladino x appollo x Juror) bred by Manna Farms in SA. The bull is 91 points, 95% black and is going to be a star. His current ABV data is outstanding and he is heading to tyhe top with a bullet. He is of similar type to his sire, with a much higher CFP. If you want to know more about Farm Dealer, give Daryl Brown a call early next week. He may be the best bull we have tested in Australia, remember colin, Ice etc.

CONSIGNMENT SEMEN - We have asked to have all consignment semen either returned or counted. If you haven't returned your consignment, had it counted or discussed the situation with any of th 21st Century Genetics staff, it will be charged out as of Tuesday, December 22.

ACCOUNTS - Tania, our valued book-keeper, will staff handle all accounts for 21st Century Genetics. All payments still need to be made out to 21st Century Genetics.

WELCOME - We would like to welcome inidustry legend, Graeme Gillan, as the new manager of Alta Genetics Australia. the response from within Australia and from overseas has been amazing. Alta Genetics Australia have appointed the 'best person' in the industry. Daryl Brown and Brian Leslie will help Graeme for as long as needed...otherwise, we will see you all at International Dairy Week.

OFFICE CLOSURE - The office will be closed from 5pm Wednesday 23rd December and re-open January 4th, 2010.
