One of the earliest 004 sons to be introduced to Australia, Mile Marker's first calves were born easy, and show plenty of thickness, length, and style that you would come to expect from such a strong pedigree. His sire needs no introduction, 004 is the breeds most popular performance sire, consistently stamping his progeny with length, thickness, and muscle. Mile Marker's dam Dora 0194 is the most admired 5175 daughter at Schaffs. Mile Marker is most like his sire, moderate frame with lots of thickness, depth and certainly one of the most heaviest muscled bulls in the Angus breed. Mile Marker was selected by Alta's Roger Sosa at the 2005 SAV sale, for his good weight gain performance and carcass traits, where among a contempory group of 440 animals, Mile Marker scanned No1 for Marbling and No3 for REA.
